North Country Cafe & Catering offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, pizza, subs, soups, and a salad bar.
“We make all our soups, salads, lunch specials, and some menu items from scratch. We use all real potatoes, not instant.” Owner Karl Reeds believes a clean kitchen is a happy kitchen. “I like everything to be at its best when it comes to cleaning.”
Karl has been in the restaurant business since the age of 14, and went to WSCC for the food service program.
“I like every customer to be greeted as soon as they sit down. “We try to pay close attention so that everyone gets the service they want in a fast and friendly manner.”
It has been an exciting first year since I bought out my partner. We are looking forward to another one this year,” says Karl.
